Name Balancing, Mobile Number Balancing and Individual Numerology Reports are personalised digital services. Cancellation requests must be made before manual preparation begins. Once work has started or the completed guidance has been delivered, the payment is generally non-refundable.

Delivery

Name Compatibility Checks are normally delivered within 24–48 hours after all required details and successful payment are received. Balancing services and Individual Numerology Reports are normally delivered within 48–72 hours.

Technical payment issues

If money is debited but the booking confirmation does not appear, keep the Razorpay payment reference so the transaction can be verified.
